Payment and Delivery The license becomes effective after the agreed payment has been received. Farmboybeats will deliver the files included in the purchased tier. All sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by the parties. 6. Credit Where reasonably possible, the Licensee agrees to credit the Producer as: “Produced by Farmboybeats” Credit should be included in relevant song descriptions, metadata, and promotional materials where supported. 7. Royalties and Publishing Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the Producer retains their ownership share of the underlying beat composition. Any songwriting splits, publishing shares, master-recording royalties, or other royalty obligations must be agreed upon separately in writing. The parties should document their respective percentages before commercial release. 8. Termination If the Licensee materially violates this Agreement and fails to correct the violation within a reasonable period after written notice, Farmboybeats may terminate the license to the extent permitted by law. Upon valid termination, the Licensee must stop uses no longer authorized by the Agreement. 9. No Warranty The beat is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
